Congratulations to Kyle Glanville of Intelligentsia Coffee and Tea – Los Angeles, this years U.S. Barista Champion. Kyle is one of the people in the coffee business that we admire for the way that he represents himself, his company, and the wonderful coffees they source and deliver to us every week.

If you enjoy blends- go for it. If you enjoy single estate coffees- you know where we're located :) Nobody's "wrong", we just chose a focus. 2010/03/09
So you describe a blend to a customer- it's got kenya & colombia in it. IMO that leads the customer to believe all kenya is the same. 2010/03/09
The majority of Specialty Coffee purveyors I've visited sell "COFFEE", not Colombia, Kenya, etc. Customers think it's just coffee. Lame. 2010/03/09
