I don't even have a coffee shop, and already I'm dreaming about offering coffee so great, that we don't have sugars or other "stuff" to add to the coffee. It might seem arrogant to some, but I'm sure there will be those that "get it." I've witnessed this at home, and just wish I could do the same for others, but we'll see. I found the last section, about the chronic underpricing of coffee, especially enlightening. It's great to be able to participate (in a small, small way) in Intelligensia's efforts to improve at least one corner of the screwed-up world coffee market.
