		<description>At least this incident didn't blow out of proportions like Murky's coffee and iced espresso controversy, mostly because the customer is still right, except in nomenclature. And just like Maurice, I've never had anything with milk in it for the same reason, well actually that and it's not the morning when I come in. :)</description>

Kudos for adhering to tradition, and to adhering to the more abstract principle that words (like "cappuccino") should mean something. 

That said, I haven't had any of your espresso-based drinks, since all the brewed coffee I've had at 21st St. is so glorious.</description>
