FINALLY finished the new daily menu- it’s a new format encompassing our current by the cup coffee and tea offerings. It also includes retail prices if you want to take a bag home with you. Remember that our prices now include 7% tax. Look for this to be updated every time we get in something new. We’ll have copies in the store for you to take as well.

I don’t know if anyone will see this, being an old entry, but I just moved to Pittsburgh and found your site.
I think when you talk about a shot of espresso to a customer, it means volume — 1oz. If you say a ristretto shot, then maybe you mean .5-.75oz but with denser flavor. So you could still say you pour triple ristrettos, or 2oz ristrettos, and it seems like that would describe it well enough.
I think the main idea is to say how much is in it. If something has 4oz of espresso in it, I might not want to drink it at 9pm (or anytime, really).
