Nothing to do with Coffee

If you haven’t figured it out by now, we love what we do.

As we were getting this business off the ground two and a half years ago we really didn’t know what we were doing.  It was scary leaving the comfort of a steady paycheck, but we worked really hard at it and I can say I’ve never been prouder of anything in my life than our business.  What started out as a nice little cafe in the Strip has turned into a damn fine destination for coffee.  I think about all the great friends (employees) that made this possible, our wonderful customers, even those customers that push our buttons every now and then.  Thanks!

We have experienced so much in our lives the past couple of years, but the best part of it all is that I’ve been able to share it with Alexis, who on this day FIVE YEARS AGO became my lovely wife.

FiveYears

Without her I know for a fact I’d still be stuck at a desk somewhere and none of this would have ever happened.  So if you see her in the next couple of days tell her thanks and congrats, because without her vision/nudge none of this would exist right now.  We had no idea what was in store for us, but looking back I wouldn’t change a thing.
