The new crop of Tres Santos, Colombia is here, and we’re sure many of our customers will be happy to hear it. The latest lot hails from Cauca- here are the tasting notes from Intelli:
…fruit-forward, bursting with flavors of candied citrus and cane sugar underscoring its juicy acidity. The body is smooth and supple as it leads into a clean but resonant finish of caramel and milk chocolate.
