As many of our regulars to the Strip already know- we reopened our old space at 2018 Smallman Street, f.k.a. “Caffe Intermezzo” a.k.a. “where it all began”, as “Smallman Street News” about a month ago.
What, you may ask, is the significance of this belated announcement?
Well, it forever documents the event online for prosperity… plus the newstand doesn’t have a website of its own so big brother coffee shop needs to help the new kid. This grand reopening was pretty low key- evidenced by the lack of mayoral ribbon cutting (thanks for not showing up in August- I thought we were friends).
Having said that you can now get newspapers, cold drinks, snacks, lottery tickets, and other fun stuff (with more to come) just a couple of doors down the street from your favorite “coffee place” in the city. New things are added daily, based on customer feedback.
We just ask you to be patient as we get comfortable with the lottery lingo. We’re new at this “boxing” stuff.
