		<description>Rich and John- what was the verdict?  Certainly our preparation is much more in the ristretto style and I'm willing to bet they don't use as much coffee in Rome as we do on the Synesso.  This probably makes it hard to compare the two, but I was pretty happy with the results.</description>

		<description>Hope to stop in before Sun if possible to see what y'all do with this with different dosing and whatnot.  While the tazze we had of TdO in Rome was decent, it wasn't the best we'd had the (neither did the Sant' Eustachio, which is the other caffe most often mentioned as "best").  As many other coffeegeeks told us before we went, hard to get a bad espresso in Italy, but also hard to get a truly great one.</description>
