Our relationship with John Hancock Contracting began with some rehab work on our home. After a couple of years of other home renovation projects we knew these folks were people we could trust.
When it was time to move our business into our current space at 50 21st Street we didn’t hesitate to call them again.
John and Company understood our constraints and concerns and worked closely with us to refine our plans. We designed the new shop, but John and team made the design a fully functioning reality.
Just a few short months ago people knew this spot as the “Hot Dog Shop”. With the help of the experts at John Hancock Contracting- we got our new place up and running FAST.

The response to our new menu has been fantastic and we’re glad everyone is enjoying the freshest/most precisely brewed cup of coffee in Pittsburgh.
All of these coffees have been roasted within the past week and are ground and brewed to order with precision using what is best described as a high speed french press- the Clover.
Don’t settle for the “coffee of the day”…
Here is the latest update:
- Colombia 4th Place Cup of Excellence Llano Grande is back on the menu- we actually sold the first of two half pounds before I put it on the menu! Get down here and try some before it’s gone again.
- Los Inmortales is on hiatus for a week, but it will be back again soon guaranteed.
- Summer Solstice Blend is no longer available- but the new Autumn Blend (El Otono) will be in next week.
- The Tres Santos Micro Lots are off the menu this week.
- Cool down with a CLOVER ICED COFFEE- this is NOT a watered down iced coffee.
