It has four times the flavor compounds of wine,” says David Latourell, who is in charge of marketing and sales for the Seattle-based The Coffee Equipment Company. “This takes a very simple brewing process, speeds it up and controls quality. Coffee is brewed individually, one cup at a time, exactly the way it should be brewed.”
