A word about our coffee roaster

You have probably seen this article on the back wall of our Strip District shop. Maybe you’ve read a paragraph each day while you put a drop (or two) of half and half in your El Diablo. Anyway it’s a nice writeup about what Intelligentsia is all about. I recommend you check it out
